Sorry guys, I gave this another go but have been stuck at level 11 for weeks. I lose 90%+ of the time in the arena so I don't feel like spending money or playing for a month to advance a level or two. This game is still pay cash to play/advance despite the recent changes. Disappointing.
Advancement becomes nearly impossible without spending money within a single day of play. I spend money frequently on Kongregate games for added play features, but this is the first game I have encountered with such limitations in my many years of playing games on Kongregate. Reassurances from the developer stating otherwise are inconsistent with what I and others have stated here and do not reflect reality. Too bad, as the game is a great concept.
