Ah sorry I'm wrong, the Flag ship level, not the Final level. To deal with grey shielded unit, use energy weapon (laser, static, wave emitter). To deal with blue shielded unit, use projectile gun (gatling, cannon, missile). Gauss penetrate everything. Missile with special attack will dispel any shield.
