Just a suggestion, before level 2-4 upgrade your freeze gun, to have it better chance to freeze. Spent 12 freeze enough robots, thought i destroy their base first.
Other then that, good game, 5/5.
Your game is good, and i was ready to gove it 5 stars, but this huge slowdown on computer while loading it, with imposibility of doing anything else, is kind of lowering it to 4/5
After you find bearded dude, when you need to choose door, if you press the number right when you enter the room, old man runs into the door and numbers show up after that. I follow him, some subtle signs that old man was here, if you know what i mean, but no new stuff available.%/
I'm so lucky. Every food place i saw, appeared only when i started. After that, i could go for miles, with gettinh only fuel and repear. And after stopping because of hunger, what do i see on the next day? A Sign! Just under my truck! Food - 100 m. Jeez, i'm so lucky, i can't believe it.
There were two negative side of the game for me. First, weapon switching. I'd prefer if it didn't switched to weapons with no ammo. But of course, not all that serious problem. And second, too long. After some time, somewhere around 15 minutes, it feels like there is no really new enemies, as well as no challenge in beating all old ones, with upgraded weapons.
Second part seems to be a lot more random at giving damage to people. Sometimes it's just too much of frustration, to see some target lying there on his side, under the falling remnants of his castle, with a piece of roof on his head, and not dead yet. Dunno, maybe it's all the added realism, sort of like, "not every hit on your head is really deadly", and i guess the next we'll see rescue service with dogs trying to get our victim from all the debris. Oh, i so hope to see them, sometimes it's just too much, to get him from there with just bombs or acid.
Funny thing, after finishing normal and hard, epic really gets simple. No harder then hard, i'd say.
Of course, maybe that's because AI allows you to amass mana points, after that, it's just shield all the way, almost on any level without changing much or thinking about what to do. 3 shields, 4 at max, give enogh time to destroy any castle, with possible exception, maybe, of goblins challenge. Just because they are falling all over the field and your troops mostly stuck on them.
Those sticky goblins!
What's with this "If you're going for the hard badge, here's a handy counter!" thing? It was showing 33 kills until i got "bad robot" reward for 100 kills, it was 33 after that, and 33 on the title screen. And i got it only after looking in awards section in menu...
Well, i got it, but still, using this achievement as counter wasn't such good idea after all.
Hm, with all skills getting better at leveling up, sort of weird to see how adding SP to Source doesn't changes anything... always "renews mana at 100" with 3 turns cooldown.
at Barber you can do extreme haircut, even if you don't have enough money, going deep into negative balance. I guess, being a charming llama gets you free haircut any day. Well, sort of free.
good one. But needs auto-sprint button, IMO of course. Or maybe make D sprint on/off, rather then sprint while holding it.
Still, good even without that, 5/5
Weird, after fixing my damage droped for no reason. Even with Damage=38 as shown in character stats, exactly how much i was doing before fix, now i'm only doing 13, 14 at best.
Makes it kind of hard to play even on 4th level.
