water is useless to start, and game takes awhile to progress, but everything is useless in this game at some point,water once it's upgraded a little, can turn 600 mil to 10 billion heat converted, and that is not useless at all, though it miht take a ittle while to get there, just as it tkes awhile to start using coal for the first time, or even better, gas for the first time
to answerr the last 3 questions ... when the game is offline, you get bonus ticks which speeds up how fast your ticks go by, 2. generators need more max heat for ccertain builds (boiler builds) and its nice to get atleast a small warning before your system explodes, 3. you most likely had another heat source adjacent to a generator, that genertor bllew up, causing the rest to bow up because of it, and feel free to speak in chat people, there are people willing to help there too.
glitch list- 1. when dragging to look through achievements in copper, the top few overlap the rest. 2. no achievements other than for copper. 3. precious gems are not elements 4. the time it takes to actually DO something is way too long 5. no scaling to higher level resources, all have copper prices, those are all i've seen so far, more on the way

if you get the error where it says "please create or sign in to a kongregate account in order to play" you have to download unity (chrome no longer supports it, firefox seems most stable) if its already downloaded, manually update it/redownload it +1 so people can see!
please gameinabottle, leave this game series alone, your "additions" are actually subtractions, the series is great, but with each release it drops lower and lower and this isnt even just opinion, it has been dropping slowwing at the release of new games (games are in order in the list)
if you get a black screen and you're using chrome look at the URL and if there is something that says "Add-on blocked" chrome is blocking unity you have to let kongregate.com use add-ons by clicking it and clicking "allow once" or "always allow on this site"

great game series, very unique, great combo of strategy, difficulty, and gameplay value, needs a few minor tweaks and would be perfect though still 5/5
free play, extended game would make this game WAY better as in add more ports/ships, power up the flying dutchman and continue the campaign then i will pull up to 5/5 right now i am 4/5

game with MUCH potential, a few improvements to AI and gameplay/ engine it could be near perfect though it needs to be longer of a game and add a tutorial at A. the marketplace. B. the change ship screen. and a slight improvement to the battle screen and physics.
