@jbenk07, 2 times I thought there were multiple solutions but at both times found my error afterwards. Finished the 123 levels so I can tell you that every stage has a logical solution. TIP: unless it shows something like 7 ? and 4 hearts, you either start somewhere else or use them with another indicator together.
@kobrahawk1210, won't disappear and won't fail are two different things.. it can "fail" before +3, but can't "disappear" after a failure.. read it well next time =)
while i was looking at the shop window at the refresh time, i'm not sure but i think i saw it refresh twice. it isn't a problem for me, just wanted to let u know.
For the last suggestion, if you want to make a bigger 2nd game (yes you should do it), make some side quests that they aren’t necessary to finish the game. Give the players some options and sense of achievement. In addition to that, make some heroes related to that side quests and make them a necessity for that side quest. For example we should choose Selene for Sidequest A (maybe even as leader?) and without her we can't play that sidequest. You might even make these sidequests as a prerequest for a skill. Like after finishing Sidequest A, Selene finds morphine, therefore she can learn Anesthesia (yes you wrote it wrong =p ). Again, amazing game and graphics. Thank you for your hard work and keep it up!
5/5. Amazing. Too short, lack of challenge but it has sooo much potential. You have to spice things up a little bit. =) To begin with, I finished game with only Josh is lvl10. So I had to grind final battle to gain exp. Either a survival mod, or difficulty setting for exp will be good. But I like to see more fights, this game is really short altough battle lenghts were above avarage. Another suggestion is Selene's super power pretty much useless, it should be buffed. You can be boost restore healt to 50% or make him give everyone attack speed based on half of the duration of the Dark Side.
first things first, game is beatable without grinding IF u go pure knight. you need nothing more then 10 pots each for a boss. after fully upgraded your knight, take %25reg and %25dmg from mage tree. (1turn=3actions) my setup for bosses is: blast shield, glowing amb II, reg II - g amb I, beatdown(bd), bd - bdx3 - bdx3. repead it except first turn, and use mana potions when needed. for later lvl's, switch bd with lightning spell(light hits more than bd, and rampage cost too much mana for boss fights). for mobs, spam rampage and bd. and i upgraded only my blade. for buildings, i really dont have an opinion. i kept switching them between s market-town-market-city-shrine. 2 setups for army: 2x soldier, 2x catapult, dragon ->castle. soldier knight, archer healer, dragon ->army. dont enter tournament till u reach australokia. in addition to all of them, u need patiance made of steel cuz game is too long and that makes it boring atm. 2/5 20-11-2011
it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach the gap after letting yourself fall at lvl13.. and lvl8 should be lvl 4 or 5.. + i dont like the screen that appears when u die.. my motherlanguage is not english but still i sense something odd at the title
necromancer campaign badge says: defeat campaign as a cleric. + chaosmaster campaign badge says: defeat campaign as a mechanician. the "master" ones are likewise.. hope there are no miscodings or something =(
@daveee97 its a rpg thing.. 1d6 means 1x6-sided-dice.. 2d4 means 2x4-sided-dice dmg.. when u attack something, game gives u a number related to ur dice and multiply it with the number before it
