Why is there gold in this game? Why do you level up? Why is there a player profile? Why is everything locked? None of this is needed or wanted this kind of puzzle game, all it does is bog the game down.
Good concept! Controls need a bit of work, though. Would be better if moving the mouse would move the screen around and A/D would strafe. It would also be nice to get rid of the popup (left click = trash, shift+click = sell)
Stuck on the title screen. Pressing Z doesn't seem to do anything. Also, what is this "" at the top of the screen? It shifts everything down a tad and you can't see a small portion of the screen (for instance, on the disclaimer you can't see half of Press Z to Continue
Thanks for the feedback, magikaru! We are looking into those bugs and we'll update the game as soon as we manage to fix them. For now, there are two workarounds for the focus problem: reload the page, click on the game area and do not click anywhere else during the play session; or, as OlavoP kindly suggested below, keep on pressing 'TAB' and 'Z', one at a time, until the game regains focus and reacts to your input — quite unpractical, we know, but we have already contacted Scirra about this and we're expecting a solution. Regarding the strange characters that appear above the game and push it downwards, another user pointed it out the other day on Reddit that it happens with Firefox — would that be the browser you are using? If so, please try it with Google Chrome, as we have discovered that it is the only browser to fully support Construct 2 projects. We are sorry for the bad first impression and we hope this doesn't keep you from having fun with the game.
