quick way of exploding: remove ropes and drag mouse past top of screen with head in drag.
step by step butt, nut and head skewer: 1) add 2 ropes at roughly the same place on the head, holding it upright but NOT killing him. 2) drag legs into splits and nail at ankles, knees and where leg and body meet. 3) nail arms at elbows (OPTIONAL: nail at wrists as well as elbows and remove ropes). 4) take a spike so its aimed straight up between his legs, toward his head and butt. 5) release and enjoy the pain he's in!
