I am very sorry, but the concept is alright, however the lack of variable clearing kills it for me. Tip for anyone playing: Refresh after every zone conquered.
That would be 2/5 for me (3 is the start, +1 for ideas, -2 for bugs).
Okay, few things that I think should be corrected/upgradeable(not all of them of course):
1. Penguin AI: Who the hell can't walk around one block AND leaves his meal unfinished before starting next one?
2. Hotkeys: This game needs them. I mean REALLY needs them. Gamers can't collect money(A lot of it) and press skills at the same time. Please think about setting hotkeys f.ex 1 for Run, 2 for HP Boost, 3 for Extra Penguin, 4 for Bomb.
3. Upgrades: I would like to see the ability to upgrade my "Giant-metal-ball-collecting magnet". Since I have to manipulate with mouse all the time, why should I connect dots instead moving into large group?
4. Game itself: This was a triumph. I'm making a note here (though):Big success(not huge this time ;). Only upgrades I could buy for it are 3 mentioned before.
Although the game tells rather sad story, I want to see more. At first, I was going to rate it 1, because of all this porn, smoking&booze school life, but I ended up liking it(4, I can't give 5 'cause of my 1st encounter). Can't wait to see part 2.
Thanks for answering. Here are some more questions: I was playing custom game and suddenly on question 5 i answered right(2 clicks), then automatically level 6 counted as a wrong, and lvl 7 wasn't clickable at all(Answer A didn't show up, none of the others were able to select)!
