I played this right after I had played the book of living magic. after quickly learning that this game was a direct sequel to that one, I immediately became invested, as I thought I knew exactly what to expect. Boy was I wrong. with screech being one of he most hilarious characters in the book of living magic, I loved this game both because of the fact that I got to live through another story in the land of dreams, and because of finally knowing the story behind screech. plus, who doesn't love comparing emperor palpatine and pope benedict XVI?

when I refused to kill the watcher and get the bloodless seed, I examined the strange green block and it showed me the strange golden treasure that I had been piecing together throughout the game. there was a caption saying "your path to redemption lies here" but I still hadn't found 2 of the golden fragments. I went back to the start of the dungeon to go back to the surface and get the other two fragments, and- wait, WHAT? I can't go back to the surface?! then how am I supposed to go back and get the things I need for the good ending!?! no matter how much I love this game, this is absolute BULL, especially having to refight the king of fire and go through his dungeon all over again. and while I'm still angry, please answer me this. WHO THE HELL IS ADNAN AND WHAT CONNECTION DOES HE HAVE WITH THE LIGHTS?
alright, let's have a duel. wait a minute- KILL HER? kasper you sick bastard! HOLY SHIT! quanee has a temper! hold on, isn't enora still in the courtyard? does that mean- YES! I FINALLY GET TO PLAY AS QUANEE!
(spoilers) I must admit that oriental insomniac really caught me off guard. messing with your head and breaking the fourth wall has been done before (I like to call it the psycho mantis effect) but using it in a rhythm game to each you to keep a beat is an amazing way to introduce the player to the rules. good job guys, you finally gave me a reason to stop playing MGS.
normally I would feel wrong for loving a game like this, but he thought of controlling your own dreams is an amazing concept for a game. everything is so charming and quirky it jut makes me want to dance to the dream beats in the background!
I absolutely love this game, but I found something wrong. because when you leave everything respawns, I tried to gather the three white squares at the quarry, leave, come back, collect 2 more white squares and give them all to the guy. it didn't work.
everyone keeps complaining that they fall through the map. listen. if this happens it means that your processor can't properly translate the game's collision detection. what con you do about it? either A: get a new processor, or B: QUIT WHINING AND STOP PLAYING
