I love games like this one. I can never get enough of the exploration/power-up type adventures, and hope you make more games like this one in the future. Not a bad mini-plot like, either. 5/5
I played this game when it was first put on this site and mentioned that the final boss was a bit too easy. It looks like that has been fixed, which is great. 5/5
This game is almost great, but a few things really grind on me. A few of these problems may be resolved via a powerup found in the game that I didn't get to, but here you go.
1) Save points are too sparse.
2) Floating enemies when you have no long range weapons.
3) Movement speed is way too slow.
4) Platforms are too easy to jump through/get knocked off of.
Fun game. A few of the skills need to be tweaked a bit--maybe add a cool down period to avoid spamming skills: especially for the healing spells later on in the game that can make either you or the foes you face pretty much invincible if you/they do not have a skill to counter. Related to this, the final boss should really have an immunity or at least a partial immunity to a particular skill. **I took him down in two hits with the bypass armor/natural defense skill, which was kind of cool in that it showed how powerful I had become, but it destroyed the buildup from the beginning of the game on** I had some glitches during battles, too, but the autosave and my own saves made this a non-issue since you could just reload the page. 5/5
Fun game. Great timing on the water levels--the last level really gave you a sense of urgency when there appeared to be multiple paths to go on, and there was a big sense of relief when you finally emerged from the water. Good Shadow of the Colossus lite.
It doesn't seem possible to recover once you've been overrun, which is a pretty big problem based on how difficult it is to hit enemies in the first place. Maybe give a longer grace period before starting the endless wave, or break up waves at least.
Fun game, but I keep getting a bug where the game freezes randomly after a bandit lets me pass after telling him that my father is a famous adventurer.
