The game is alright, but the "in a row" achievements are too lengthy: you can't pursue the obsessive-compulsive achievement without giving up your quick thinker streak.
I tried really hard to enjoy the game, but when you get bugs that render the game virtually unplayable (the game froze up on me, sometimes the shop option doesn't come up) it's hard to do that. This would be an easy 4, maybe even a 5 were the bugs not present. It's sad, really.
Lots of fun. A bit of a slog to the end (level 252 to get the last achievement, which for me was 25 champions, go figure) and could use cleaning up in the dialogue department (spelling/grammar errors) but overall, an enjoyable experience. I think I'll check out the collaborations for the sequel.
The game has potential, but there's room for improvement. Some control glitches, and even though you stop at level 40, the dungeon levels and items don't. Some things can be maxed (% to hit, % crit, % dodge) and others can't, leaving you min/maxing for things with no limit once you have these maxes. Overall not bad and ambitious for flash, but not great. (An ending would improve the game 200%.)
This is a great game. On the surface it seems like it shouldn't work (no achievements? No end game?) and yet it does. Still, I hope kongregate gives badges for this one.
The controls are pitiful and it's unbalanced. This game is basically exploiting irreverence for attention. I'm surprised it's a badge game - it doesn't deserve this much attention.
