this happened to me so it might work for anyone else. if you accidently throw it backwards wait like 3-5 minutes the plane will stay still and say that you are stalling, if you have the backup boost you can activate it, the plane will stay still and you will gain distance, you can use your boost if you have it and your distance will go by faster and when you want to stop just click the screen and the plane will fall and you keep the distance that you clicked at :D + if this works for you
