upsetting that their chosen method to fix broken BoTDs is asking people to email them. considering probably 80% of users aren't going to email kongregate for a 10 point badge (unless they need to continue a streak), it feels a little lazy/dismissive. like, it's not working for ANYONE. & considering BoTDs are probably a key aspect to what gets people coming on continuously (at least for me), i just hope they working their butts off to fix it.
bruh just cuz u CAN go faster dont mean u SHOULD... those damn motorcycles going like 3x faster than the cars, is this the no-speed-limit germany street or smthin
the story is weirdly depressing. like, did the girl's message never get to santa because other people kept writing on it? her request seemed the most genuine...
going off of what sonicfan0 was saying, it would have been better to have another corrupted tree blocking the cave instead of a root. because that's the only time where you pour water on a root, so i passed it thinking there was a tree somewhere that i needed to pour water on to get rid of that root
i REALLY enjoy this! i'm not sure exactly what is it- whether it's the simplicity of it, the well-balanced mix between idle and manual work, or something else entirely, i think it's seriously fun!! and, to be honest, i'm a fan of the lack of achievements / bonuses. i think it's more fun to only really have one task at hand (getting more money) rather than having to focus on many things at once.
i've always absolutely adored the idea of weird "___ teaches typing" games and always lament at the fact that there are not more of them. thank you for making this!! i could totally see it turning into something bigger.
this is a minor issue, but i wish yall had a bar or something to indicate the game is actually loading, i've been waiting for a few minutes and have no idea if my computer/browser isn't letting the game load or if the game is just taking a while
i might be missing something, but i don't quite see the appeal of this game. it is idle to the MAX; all one really has to do is click the next monster once they've killed the max of one type of monster. there's no loot, no actual strategy- i guess if your goal is to beat the boss as fast as you can there's a bit of strategy in choosing which monsters to focus on fighting first, but even calling it "fighting" is a bit exaggerated. it's like an idle game stripped of everything but the beginning part of the game, when you're just waiting for things to die, and then stretched into a full game.
a really satisfying game!! i found it frustrating at times (not the game's fault, but my own lack of skill) and incredibly satisfying when i managed to complete the level the way i needed to complete it. the 3rd subway level made me groan a few times when it came to completing the no-killing-enemies part (and, honestly, "groan" is an understatement lmao) but wasn't unfair. a really fun game :-)
i really liked this one! the vibe was really nice- i'm a sucker for some minimalistic pixel art and this did not disappoint! as someone else already said, 24 really was the perfect amount of levels- the last level was the only one that really stumped me for a bit, and i would have surely given up if i hadn't known i was so close to completion. this is a really cool concept, hope 2 see you expand it & add more levels :-)
the music alone is absolutely lovely, not to mention the gorgeous pixel graphics. have yet to even play the game but am stunned at the level of quality of those 2 aspects alone :0
i'm actually a really big fan of this-- kept me hooked more than most things can nowadays. too bad it hasn't been updated since oct 2018; i hope everything is okay with the devs (they had listed the next update as coming out nov 4th (i assume 2018)
recognized the "three goblets" type gameplay before even realizing it was the same dev!! this one is virtually the same thing as "three goblets" (so far), but i enjoyed that game so this is fun as well :-)
i was never really a fan of idle games in the past, but NGU idle has brought a new light to the genre that i scoffed at for so long. seriously, this is a really great game!!! SUPER cool how it is most definitely "idle" but still has the active player aspect-- i'm already addicted and i still have so much to do...... :-)
