to tell you the truth not having a melee button only really became a problem when you brought it up personally I think that the fact that every enemy (apart from the boss) only has a melee attack (which is actually quite powerful) I think you would just end up dying a lot of the time
I think the reason that all the countries are so worried about the virus is that it's so adaptable and undamaged by drugs that's why the whole f***ing world shuts down
