hey , always not connected to kongregate , can't chat and can't take badges , the plug icon is always red .. any clue?

i got 100 jump :D..... achieved all of the quests and badges...i think the hardest part of any quest is to find the elephant ... not the items!! i think the easiest part of the game is last room....the weak BOS :D
