day1: build on evry road one petshop (they can hold up to 2 raods at the same time day2: build nothing day3: build 1 boutique on the first road, after getting 2500 again in the same lvl build one in the other road day 4: build nothing day 5:build nothing day 6: build an 1times upgradet boutique for the crossway day 7: upgrade that boutique day 8: upgrade the lvl1 boutiques once day 9: upgrade the the lvl 1 petshops day 10: build new petshops/boutiques lvl1 or 2 toyshops up from this basis its pretty easy cause ull always gain the bonus 1k Good luck ^^
