Ok Ok Ok...I took 215 days to kill everyone - I'm not proud of this, but I'm stumped as to how to beat the game in 100 days!!!!
For those of you who haven't beaten the game yet in realistic mode here's my spoiler...
..you have to start in Madagascar or you yourself will be driven mad trying to infect it! Your next problem is getting your disease off the the damned place - I used all of the transmission types. Then I waited until my disease started to spread...
..once the spreading is underway I toughened up the disease and sat back until the whole world was infected - with Mad out of the way all other countries do seem to buckle.
From then on it's a simple waiting game until everyone dies...
..in my case 215 days.
So, all of my friends out there who have beaten the 100 days - where did I go wrong???????
Hi Chagrin, mana, mana, mana - that's what you need! Try to geet up into the 100K's then you'll find that your mana grows faster than the boss can destroy it...then it's simply a waiting game. I've put a screenshot of my final conflict here on my website

On his last pass I combined my jewels into three "super jewels" and killed him with just over 7500 mana spare...
..by the way I send the montsers out in waves of 5 or so to maximise my score and utilise the splash damage. I think my final score for this level was well over 10 000 000 - have fun!
