FFS - I played this game over a year ago and you're still using that stupid and totally dumbass local save rubish. Am I the only one here that clears their cache and tempory history files ? 0/10 for that guys... :(
I love the game but that Local Saved Object does my head in! Tried to copy and save the sol file but now all my hard work is lost. Why does it have to be that way...? :(
there seems to be a slight random element to how the bloons are delivered - save game, leak a few... load saved game and replay, leak none. could be useful to you...
buy and use your monkey storm - at the end of the level save your game and re-open it. you'll find your monkey storm timer has magically reset and you can use it immediately on the later level! :)
My same setup worked for the final mission on Crazy too - although there was a lot of recycling to gain the funds for the missiles...just got to do the lower levels now!

You just won the Renewable Rocket Fuel Fanatic Badge and 30 points! ------ like most folk who've done this after about 200 attempts I got finally got very lucky on day one and collected $106, roghly $8000 for the trip, day two - got to the moon and made around $9000 for the trip, day three maxed as much as i could, my band , my e endgine and fuel sucker - band and e's got me to k19 feet then had to use platforms to get me there - still a lot of luck up there too ---- good luck everyone!
