oh heeeeeel to the NO! i ain't playin' these games with nasty shadows busting mah ass. it creepy! 5/5 for graphics and atmnosphere, buti ain't finishin' it!
hmmm, aether creatures cant be defeated unless they have to face a fire shield or spine carapace. yeah, ahields are the only things that can if not harmm, slow them down... oh well, lets give them momentum and a +4 buff!
it would be cool if we could choose to battle a deck in the arena, but without rewards to control exploiting... i really wanted to know what the champion decks look like... and of course battle in the arena random decks in the leagues for electrum gain
@calindu still, it is pretty slow and risky. that strategy would mean that the oponent gets the chance to kill you before you have enough atk to become a threat(easy EM). it would need really good and long shielding and you'd need a deck of more quanta types to manage that wich makes it pretty fragile. also, since it is not a water creature, its hp remains low. unupped a fire storm is enough to kill all creatures, and upped it is still vilnerable to various creature control(4 isnt all that sturdy). meanwhile, water creatures gain +2 hp and atk(even more in a flooded area) wich makes more sense in my opinion to use them...
@calindu but doesent it make more sense to use SoP on water creatures? antilon with its low attack from the start isn't really a great combo since SoP gives an attack bonus of +1 to non water creatures... that would mean if burrowed it would need 4 turns to get a decent 5 atk wich isn't much. 4 turns can be fatally too long if facing a rush deck.... and while we are at untargetable creatures( i really didn't know SoP can target untargetable creatures- thanks for the info!), why isnt there then a water creature + quintenessnce or immortal creature combo in such decks. it would be more efficient. or not?
quazzaq, could you please explain me the point in antilon. i mean, every card has its use and so on... but i've never encountered antilon in actual decs(ai0 and ai 4 dont count becuse their decks are pretty random i suppouse). it is cheap, but not really worth it. burrow is a nice ability, but for a 2 attack creature? also, it isn't a really versatile creature like other cards of the earth element. like, it is not a hard hitter, it hasnt a very good ability for its stats, and it doesn't really qualify in reverse time/ otyugh-fallen elf fodder since it has a cost unlike photon or spark. i think antilon should be buffed, at least it should get 3/3 stats so it could become a hard hitter with adrenaline or blessing or something...
that akward moment when you put together the best and most original arena deck you can of and it gets a win 0 lost 3 score and is unactive while the next deck that is based on bows and is just thrown together gets a win 5 loses 0 score and place 67...why am i even trying?
i think the special spinwheel is broken, i tried it out and there was one out of three that showed only morning glorys, the third i have spun three times too and it gave me a mg but the third had no mgs...wich is impossible
i find it interesting that knights are able to build a spaceship, freeze, curse and survive on a planet that is essentially a giant death trap, yet they are not able to do something as simple as jumping...
i wish the arena ai was more intelligent.i made a deck that uses a vulture/bonewall+aflatoxin+thunderstorm combo and it didn't made the cut for the arena decks. while playing against it with grabbix i saw that it did not wait for aflatoxin to kill the creaure neither did it let malignant cels grow in numbers to give vultures attack power.it just played as many cards as it could :(
Thanks for playing! :D
