very cute. I wish it was longer, but the good outweighs the bad, it's a nice game. Keep up the good work but maybe a little reviewing and correcting on your part would make the game even better. I like the ending as well, it's one of those endings that's happy yet sad but that fits, the hardest part of writing is making an ending that fits.
Am I the only one who, instead of screaming when so called 'spooky' stuff happened, laughed? Maybe I'm just too desensitized, but nothing in this game made me jump, and I found it all to be funny at best and overrated at worst. I acknowledge the effort put into this game and from the other comments I can tell that it succeeded at scaring people, but while the game has charm, a little more substance would be nice. And not even my british friends knew exactly what you mean with the flashlight and tv descriptions.
The most advanced display of gaming technology since the 80's! It's graphics, gameplay, and controls far surpass anything you'll ever find on the PS3 or XBOX360. It's intuitive interface and unorthodox use of cotton candy will amaze you. My favorite part was when Floripacio grew a mustache so he could murder his side kick Dingleman, and I shed a tear when Floripacio ate his own face in the alternate ending. Truly a Hitchcock-like epic about flowers, love, betrayal, and pancakes. God bless Floripacio and his magical guns of doom.
Not to be rude, but shake-to-reload works fine with guncon and with the wii, but with the mouse, not so much. Some change of scenery would be nice, also.
Achievements are always a blessing ;) the more badges you have, the more people will psychically find their way here :O it's a proven fact. Great game, keep up the good work. I'll be keeping an eye on this one.
one bit of constructive criticism: near the start of the game, just before you first encounter birds, there's a uncomfortably placed checkpoint - right before the water with logs on it. I got killed by the bird but then kept landing in the water when I respawned.
Please consider moving that checkpoint back a bit, farther from the water's edge. It's always safest to have checkpoints be in stable locations with a little breathing room in both directions ;) just a request.
This is the best game on Kong. The difficulty, the gripping story, the heart warming characters, the hidden naughty minigame, the trainable pet chinchilla, the upgrades, and most of all, the ending theme... you are GODS! Marry me! No, not you, the game. Take all my kreds you wonderful wonderful people!
Great job with this one. Frantic was fun, exciting, and worth more than one play through. It was easy, however, and I think some difficulty settings are in order. While I enjoyed the game, it wasn't really that challenging. Then again I'm more used to harder games. Anyway, keep up the good work, this one's not to be passed up.
This may blow your mind, but this is somehow not the worst game i've played on kongregate today. Not even the third worst. Fear for humanity. Fear for it!
I'm not saying the person who created this is incompetent or incapable of putting anything more than tears and boredom into their games, but a creator is judged by his or her work. Get a grip, or stop trying and go back to making fart jokes and mud pies.
Since this game even comes right out and states that it's supposed to be DIFFICULT, in all caps, you'd think there'd be awards of some sort for doing well in it. I'd be more likely to put up it if there was some mostly meaningless badge at the end saying "Good job!"
Love this. Very well made, very original. It's very Kytt-like, Kytt being an old game with similar style and focus on non-violent platforming. This game has atmosphere and that atmosphere allows it to tell a story with very few words, and that's always refreshing. Good job.
