There is a bug, I can not send my ships.. I can only have 1 ship in my 'army' after this it says 'there is no space' however, my ship cannot travel, the energy vs speed bar is empty, when i hit 'send' nothing happens..
'Battle the boss and retrive the Earth' - This is 2 arcade games followed by a fight with 4 ships I've never build AND the battle keeps going after I have killed all the aliens, there is no way to get out of this endless battle other than update the page.. Buuuugs....
Yes the boss battle is buggy, so I suggest you avoid it for now. As for the ships, you're using new ones because you're outside your universe (you have different saves for each universe so there's no way to determine which ship to use)
It auto-collects x% of the resources produced by buildings in the proximity of the CBD. 1.2.5 apparently did not auto-collect from solar panels, which 1.2.6 fixes.
I am at Pabulum Pits wating for creeps to spawn, please add more farmmaps - Great game.. However, it would be cool if I could spread my raiders on the different farm maps to farm even faster! :-)

That bug probably happened after you fought the boss (new/temporary ships not properly getting deleted), but normally it should work outside the boss.
