A tip for better results in general: Use keys mode (obviously) and place four fingers of your right hand on the keys for blue,pink,orange and yellow. Then,use your left hand to strike all green notes. It worked for me perfectly and even the impossible badge was super easy for me. Thumbs up if this helped you =D
I had super high reactions because for me the reactions training was too easy. (I mean i got like 80-90 in every game) Then i raced...and every time i was already at the 100m mark before the others even started. ^^lol
@luk_ash: I agree, but you can't really make it 'balanced'. What may be possible is to give all weapons 'points' (without us knowing) and for example sniper should be 8-10 and shot 1 or so. The sum of the points of one player is equal to the points of all other players (not together of course). Like that it could be balanced while players don't even notice it at their weapons.
Maybe it could even be possible to set the range of total points in the game (for example, between 10-100 or between 40-50, whatever a player wants) and the computer picks a random number. I don't know if it's possible, but if it is, i think it would be awesome. Please consider pressing + if you think it's a good idea so Kchamp can consider it too.
2. Firing at the purple barriers first is hard. It is also a bit luck-based. But with some skill you can become a master in it. (like me) Why not make that get a slight damage bonus, like the damage times 1.1 or 1.2 every time it hits a barrier? It could be handy for those masters who want to defeat the very best of the best weapons with skill. Because i know that no deluxe or weapon pack player that doesn't really aim already now will actually fire the barriers first. They might of course but maybe they wont.
Two suggestions here.
I put them in two different comments so you can rate up and down what you want and don't want.
1. You can unlock maps and weapons. Why not unlock new tanks at certain levels like 10,20,30 and 40? And then the maximum level is 45 or something? I don't know. It doesn't have to be the tanks from tank packs of course ;)
@simonslyishkoo: Yah. It's when you have a guest in your team and he mistakes the blue tanks for the red ones and he uses his best weapons on them, while you miss all yours.
If it would be easier to buy kreds over the internet i would immediatly buy some things. Unfortunately i can NOT because i'm not american. That's so unfair D: but i still have loads of fun :D

Probably it's just those little noobs that rated the game 1/5 here because they bought the premium content on ArmorGames that got the rating like this.
It's just such a pity Greg didn't listen to the previous gemcraft chapter 0 comments. 'Beating the final stage should be an impossible badge',they said. This is completely true because it takes days if you are a no-life and weeks if you are not. There's just so much ppl that got it because the game was so awesome. ;) But that one was 78 battles. And here we are, a new version of gemcraft, with a whopping 169 battles (4 of which are secret) so it should take EVEN longer, and yet beating the final field is a hard badge. I mean cmon! If you compare the first hard badge (beating two epic fields) and the second (basically beating 5 epic fields), you should REALLY see that the final hard one deserves to be impossible. Also i got wizard level 15 at about having beaten 15 fields...so... you get the picture i guess.
Maybe some new weapon ideas:
-Threebounsplode: bounces three times explode on every bounce doing 10 damage,then explodes like threebounce for 60 damage
-Brigger: like Spligger but then breaks after contact
-Guideshot: like Shot (or heavy shot maybe) but after fired you can move it a bit with arrow keys
-Detonator: like Cactus but you can press space to let it detonate, instead of proximity. If it hits the ground and you didn't press space it does 10 damage. (or you can decide what it does ^^)
-Charger: Takes one turn to charge and the next turn it fires for about... 200 damage or so. Or if it's with a big explode range maybe a little less.
@Zodin:I think it would be better if you could rule out some weapons, so that they wont come into your games again. but of course that woulds be limited to 5 weapons or so cuz otherwise you could just rule everything but sniper or elevenball or AC-130 or so.
