I must be missing something, because I am not able to beat either of the "escort" missions on hard or normal difficulty. That is, "weapon 2/6" and weapon "4/6." I beat 2/6 on easy, all the rest on hard except "weapon 4-6/6" and final two-boss map. 80% complete when a bunch of motherships appear (on 4/6) right next to the ship and even if i'm able to destroy most of them they're always able to blow up the ship...
Here's my question: How can you spend the money after you win the last castle with any hero? it sends you back to main menu, and if you press continue you can upgrade with that cash but it still shows that you have one more town to win. If you go to new game you start again with zero cash (but with all cards). I just want to be able to spend the last cash I earned and save the game before going on to the next hero/map.
the Omen boss in stage four is so frustrating. I lost both of my companions due to a miss on the break and then i got him down to 4k all by myself - one shot left when he powers up, just one - and when the time came what do you think happened? hm? anyone? of course my character missed on the last goddamn hit! It's as if the game is geared towards frustration with that boss.
So, one cannot have 2 defilers (for the battlecruiser wave), and defiler is only able to shoot once at it before the battlecruiser shoots. Spells #1 and #3 are not sufficient to do the remainder of the damage, infested marines can't touch it and other towers are out of range. any ideas? Wave 15 on hard. Note to creator: queen targeting is a pain in the ass.
this is the most retarded ai control i've seen in a long time -- the shield keeps running away, while the sword running towards the bot. The shield can't follow the sword for 5 sec without running off and the sword cant turn well especially on the edges..it just sits there twisting cant make up its mind. and if they bump into each other forget it..the shield tries to outrun the sword in "follow" mode. What is the deal with bots having to move all the time??? frustrating beyond belief.
