So, I finally got the last trophy. I am embarrassed how long it took to get a 300 combo in defense. You want to know the secret? The secret is mouse. That is; I got a new one.
Features I want:
1. Make focus a toggle. Holding it down with my pinkie for minutes at a time is just painfully stupid, and pausing to switch it on and off usually makes me take a hit.
2. An option to turn off money. After I've bought everything in the game there is no reason to still have this stuff pelting me, and cluttering the screen.
3. An option to make the focus dot visible at all times.
Ok.
1. I've really learned to hate having to wait every time I die or a boss shows up. It's only a few seconds, but after I've seen it a hundred times or so it feels like a small eternity.
2. I would personally prefer it if shift toggled slow mode on and off. My left pinkie finger is getting a serious workout here.
3. For some reason whenever the enemy switches the color of the glowy-death-balls they shoot my brain fails to register the new color for a second. This is a frustrating way to die. I would like it if there were an option to set the death balls to be all the same color.
Music Nation is so polite. "Nice job! Your $8535.45 is more than my $-3.95!" It does a lot to cheer me up after an incredibly laggy day. 200+ customers in the store at once kills the frame rate on this game and makes it almost unplayable. Maybe a hard cap on the number of customers would be a good idea.
Customer apparently can't decide what soda he wants because he's been standing there staring at he machine for about ten minutes real time. Trouble is the day won't end until he leaves the store. Time to refresh again I guess.
I built some new walls to expand my store, then went to move my cd racks around, but couldn't because an error popped up saying that areas of my store were blocked off. I need to exit the build menu to fix this, I can't exit the build menu because the helpful error message keeps stopping me. Am I missing something here, or is this game kind-of broken? Oh well, time to refresh and sit through the painfully long and unskippable opening again.
After beating the final boss, every time I try to go on a hunting quest the game locks up on the loading screen. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with beating the boss, or if it's just a coincidence.
A nice feature would be something that indicates whether a gem has been touched or not. If an enemy dies right after grabbing a gem it's not always clear that they touched it, especially if Infernal Magnet is active.
Map 20 has some serious balance issues. On all but a few of the maps I got brilliant on the second try at the latest. I don't know how many tries I've put into the night version of map 20, but it must be fifty at least. The night version isn't harder than the day really, I just got lucky and got brilliant on only the twelfth try.
The lag isn't fun, and neither is the way coins somehow tend to magically fall under scrolls, but map 20 is my number 1 complaint.
At first I had trouble seeing what was going on, because the terrain was too jumbled together (and the same color) but I got used to it quickly.
Two complaints I still have after finishing the game:
1. For some reason my brain still insists on interpreting the blank spaces with no floor as walls, and I keep trying to take cover behind them.
2. The enemy bullets blend in to everything that's the same color. That makes survival in a tight spot a bit frustrating.
These are just nit-picks though. This is a very solid game.
I understand.
1. Maybe an overlook on my end, i should have given an diferent treatment on those blank spaces.
2. the desktop version is better in regards to that (and many other aspects for that matter).
Thx
When I first played through on medium I didn't have any use for archers, I just used warriors and wizards, at least until Sherwood forest where the wizards just weren't cutting it for the flying monsters.
On hard mode I found that the game actually seems to favor archers for most situations, and I generally need all three classes in most missions.
It's endless.
