restaurant aint too hard...just do 20 nice entries then at around the 1 minute mark go up and tailslide up to the light blue planet...go back down to the water and swim nearly paralell to the surface all the while tailsliding ie pressing the down arrow.. finally tailslide on the water and keep pressing up...theres a video on youtube that shows exactly how
