The AI needs significant improvement. I can't beat the last level because the AI doesn't follow the supply line. I have a depot requesting 20 bullets and 10 boards and I see a depot at the other end with 50 of each, however nobody is getting the supplies. I also can't beat the last level because I get an inaccurate reading of how many spare boards I have, probably because of all the barricades in the map. This forced me to pretty much "eyeball it" in terms of how many supplies I have.
Overall it's a good game, but it could be so much better with just a little tinkering on the developer's part.
The yinyang boss ended up taking so long that the game glitched and started spawning invisible purple balls that created trails that didn't go away until I won.
Kind of repetitive but still very entertaining. I found myself playing it for 3 hours straight, thinking I had only been playing for 30 minutes! Despite being so fun and immersive however, it does have some issues, such as when you give someone a pizza, you have to wait for them to cheer/frown at their service. This is done with the pizzas still being cooked in the background, so you're stuck having to wait a bit while your pizzas could get overcooked. Not the best design choice considering the amount of pizzas you have to manage later on.
Am I the only one that thinks the original Protector feel(pre-TD) has been completely destroyed? Now it just feels like another batch of dull Tower Defense games, and those have already been done over and over and over again.
The movement feels stiff and too fast(I kept running into the huge swarms of enemies). It's a clever concept but with very poor execution. Boring gameplay, uninteresting graphics and irritating controls.
Pretty well made. I like how you got around characters ending up too far to the right(due to a door getting opened or something) by just having them stopped until they could move in their own timeline.
@KodakKid3: It does not matter how inexperienced he is with making games. If it's his first game, he should compare it to other games(even slightly bad ones). If it doesn't even remotely reach their level, he should NEVER submit it ANYWHERE, regardless of his amount of experience or his amount of time spent on this.
"Fact: This game doesn't have right-click cheats"
And yet I did it multiple times. You just have to make sure that the area your mouse is in on the next level isn't a wall.
Zombies kept running into me and made it impossible to hit them before they took a large chunk out of my health. Not only that, I swing my melee weapon at them many times and miss when that happens, causing durability loss even though it doesn't hit.
