I'll add to my list of complaints the lack of instructions, third level on the bottom row probably requires you to move the structure (you only have to blobs) but finding out how to do that is hard.
The questions is not if they use the same systen as world of goo or not, but if it is a valuable addition to the genre of towerbuilding goo games. What does decrese its value on Kongregate and even might get it deleted are the ingame adds for the iphone app. It is still a nice little game in its own right but the lack of any kind of storyline or real difference is bad. 2/5 becuase of annoying adds and not even trying to add anything besides the mechanics they borrowed.
It is the same kind of gameplay as the 3D-game where you rotate a cube and paint and connect, only that game has nice smooth controls that work. This is slow an annoying, despite going the "pretentious road" with a soothing piano score and phisophicalish texts. Controls make it unplayable unfortunately.
Really fun actually, and how long it drops (hom many block it eliminates) depends on how long down the block can fall without hitting anything it cannot destroy (the full block, not just individual cubes).
I managed to drive myself into the ground and get stuck. The grind for all the letters gets boring at level 3. Cute, well executed but unfortunately not as fun as I believe it should be.
negativezero: The comment about blaiming the ones responsible for their death was meant at the Charlie for feeling responsible for not protecting them.
Bogosort may be all fun and games, but first off: this is not a game and this is a game site. Second and more importantly: the interface is just horrible, it is one of the worst i've seen on this site and there are a lot of stuff here that is really really bad. You might have gotten away with it if the application had been somewhat an example of what flash should be like to use, but right now it just sucks. 1/5 because I am nice to you.
