This game is excellent. Level design similar to Megaman games, combat system reminiscent of Smash Brothers, and collectible parts - what else can you ask for? Oh, I thought of something! We need to be able to get bodies that allow a different number of parts.
Awesome game! It's the first of the crafting genre that I've played, and I think I've been hopelessly spoiled. I love the fight scenes, reminiscent of My Life As A King.
Totally agree about character differentiation. Was hoping, after I beat the boss, to see a whole new page of upgrades for the gentleman, but what I got did not inspire me to play again. Also, why delete data when starting a new game? It's more intuitive to keep the achievement data and levels unlocked and just reset the gold counter for the new run.
This is an awesome start! I love the different things you can do, dashing, missiles, aiming the serve. I think the next step would be 2d movement - up to the center line like tennis maybe? Then allowing a full 180 degree arc for aiming the serve. these things would make the game much more complex and varied. 4/5!
Well-made game, and I love the story. One problem I have (being a writer) is the motivation of the character. Defending the poor dragons is understandable. But the first level you leave them and take out a nearby base "Just to be sure?" These people were once friends and colleagues! But like I said, it's a nice looking and fun game, just had a little nag I had to share.
AWESOME! So atmospheric, it felt like playing a modern day Dr. Seuss game! I admit, some of the stuff didn't make sense, but it felt like a dream, in that most dreams don't make sense either. Just weird, out-of-nowhere stuff like the dead moon and junk. I'm eager to see what happens in the sequel. Keep going, guys! 5/5
I love the atmosphere, it's very awesome. One thing I do not love is the window entrances. I can barely see in time to jump, and I'm supposed to measure jump height? Other than that, excellent game!
5 stars! That was an awesome game with a good story even tho it didn't use dialog. the simple graphics worked really well, and the blood physics were awesome! The black/white on the transporters and the steam room was a bit jarring. I loved the non-traditional ending! Can't wait for the sequel!
Nice aesthetic, I like the concept of the chicken going through an industrial platform game. Music fits, but is too short and obvious a loop. A little laggy on the controls and the next level button popping up. Sadly, not much new in the way of gameplay. Possibly if you could only use weapons you found in a level and those reset when you die, so it worked more like a puzzle? Good Effort!
