I actually like how some of the Ascension upgrades work:
Energy Multiplier: Makes your early-game easier
Stone Multiplier and Crystal Multiplier: Makes your mid-game easier
Production Multiplier: Makes your late-game easier (Gems)
There's a bug where if you close the game and load it back up, those red resource making processes under the other users will NOT appear. Example, you get search ex girlfriend, exit the game, re-login, and even if Albert appears the search ex girlfriend process will be completely gone.
When I quit/refresh the page and reload it, I seem to lose all the buyable lab techs (like search Ex-Girlfriend, Calculate Supernovae, manufacture robot, etc). Can't get them back again until I reboot.
Hardest level to get a perfect on? 26, even if you've figured out how the good/bad powerup enemies work.
Main problem is the penultimate wave has four brown enemies with loads of HP, fast speed, and complete knockback/blackhole immunity chucked at you, and it's nearly impossible to take all of them down before at least one gets to you. Even the "powerup enemies" rapid fire boost won't last long before the brown guys appear.
I find it weird that even after ascension, there's still a "Conquer New Planet" research upgrade. Should start becoming "Conquer New Universe/Multiverse/Megaverse/Omniverse" and such.
Really wish there was a way to copy the exported code out from the game so I can paste it into a .txt file. I've seen games around here that are able to do so.
I actually might have a reasoning as to why the engineers can't turn around. They're noncombatants, and are not trained to face impending danger head on. As such when the aliens/zombies arrive they become FROZEN IN FEAR for the most part and make no effort to move/turn around.
Hardest level in the game is Mission 3 on Hard, it's a Luck-based mission to avoid your first few flamers getting killed by Hunters.
M5 is much easier because you don't have to fight Hunters early with very limited resources.
Pretty damn awesome and intense game. Some of the bosses and mid level bosses were tough, but nothing can compare to the TRUE HORROR that is the BONUS KILLER!!!
