almost everyone camps. -.- its because of the injustice between cash and non-cash players. non-cash players keep on camping to gain an advantage. that's why it looks like as if its a ghost town. no one really plays the game to its fullest.

Actually, the exp books having low / useless exp seems to have been done on purpose. I think its the misfortune in the wheel, right? don't hate. :)
