If youre having trouble with the apocolypse badge, put 3 boomerang monkeys on the middle of the sides upgrading one with the hot lead boomerangs, then work on getting them all to have x7 pop upgrade. After that save up for a cannon and put it as close as you can get it to the inside and upgrade the range first. I set the preference for last on it but I'm not 100% sure if this is best method. After that get a ninja monkey and put it as close to center as you can and voila badge. You won't get 150 lives but you will get badge with this method.
