The tutorial needs more work, perhaps split up into sections. I understood all about resources but wasn't sure about civic and entertainment (effectiveness and such). I still haven't been able to tell if having 1 quarry on 4 stones or 2 quarries on 4 stones is more effective.
Also, even though this is a building type game, a little warfare would make a challenge (perhaps a separate mode). A few more challenges would be things like crime, where theres good (churches/monasteries) there's always evil (jails/courthouses).
As for controls having the ability to scroll the map is always good, that and quick select buttons.
Graphics wise I only had 2 problems the scroll was a little choppy and the buildings themselves really had no activity (farms didnt grow food etc.). Other than that I love the old-school look.
I rate this 4/5. Although it would be hard work (new systems and all that fun) this game could be a 5/5. Thank you for a few hours of fun.
if you want badges just rate up like I just did. avg rate needed for badges is usually in the 4 point range. You should also seek out and DESTROY those losers that rate the game down for more badges. press + if u agree XD
lol got -993 EXACTLY than I thought to my self "Why do I play this boring game?" than I thought to my self "Why do I play runescape at all?" It turns out that theres a lot of "whys" and no "because" 's unless you end up in a complete circle that is :)
For best results, start out at armori (the one with 3 skeletons per day in the north) and add a graveyard. after 2 days (noone should attack) you can take the northernmost city. in that one put a military research thing on it and you should be fine. For the rest of the cities i would suggest green giants so you can prepare for the organisms.
It's a little TOO easy to level after level 13 you can level up once, twice or sometimes three times just by repeating the first level. Also, level cap needs to be raised to allow max of all skills. Add a rune for max skills and all other runes. Plus if you think worth it.
NOTICE!!!: If you change the controls to q-w-e for the top 3 and u-i-o for the bottom 3 and do a few practice songs, the "circle thing" is easy. To speed the loading time up just get Pando's Media Booster and run Firefox through it. If your not worried about achievements the download time isn't all that long.
