Do not be fooled by the numbers on the weapons. Some weapon kinds are far stronger to begin with than others, but when you've gotten to the maximum experience level with certain weapons, they'll be even stronger. For example, the final Handgun deals 20+50 damage at level 10.
Your first battle should be tutorial-ish. Something as simple as having a hover-over tooltip displaying detailed information on each command during the first battle (or even further battles, have it toggle-able in the options) would probably help new players a lot. I know I for one had no idea what the "Row" command was for to begin with, and how exactly "Block" works isn't exactly detailed. Furthermore, any analytic statcruncher like me would like some way of knowing an estimate of how much each attribute attributes towards (such as how good Defense, Strength or Dex are).
Critical Strike is among the worst of the talents available to the Rogue. For a talent dealing exclusively with increasing your dps, it's far worse than Mug. Even fully stacked on agility and damage for your regular attack (Agile strikes, shiv, Adrenaline Rush, etc) at level 85 it provides about half as much DPS as Mug, and Mug is among the weakest pure dps talents for the Rogue.
To put it bluntly into math, each point in Critical Strikes increases the dps of your regular attack by 0.5%/point. That's a 5% increase to your total dps with 10 points. Agile strikes on the other hand is a tier 1 talent and (at that point) increases your regular attack dps by around 18%. Adrenaline Rush is easily estimated at an ~17% dps increase, if the enemy dies just before it's off cooldown again.
Just to compare it with Mug, Mug has a dps of ~178 damage at level 85 with maxed agility, while Crit provides an estimate damage increase of ~89 dps. That's half as much.
Needs some kind of better closure at the end of a season; Prizes for based on your performance, or something to actually make it feel special. As it is now, I just won the Premier League AND the FA Cup, and it was basically just saying "Meh".
So, I have both an old crappy cell phone AND a new, high-tech super-duper top-notch stealth cell phone in my possessions, yet when I want to call a florist I have to cough up a dollar to use a payphone? That's just stupid.
Having a too high speed when slamming through the final door will cause you to go "past" the "End of Candyland" and bounce for an eternity in an area with a background identical to the inside of the safe, but with no end.
branimirb's technique works wonders, though try to save boosts (in the first 2 runs) for large packs of zombies. Also, try to let go of the gas button whenever your wheels aren't touching the ground - you're essentially wasting any gas used while your wheels aren't in direct contact with anything. Took me two tries during the second which I easily passed the whole box barrier.
Needs balancing. Encounters are far too random, as in being able to get 6 soul shrines over a span of 8 encounters, just to be left with none over the next XX encounters. This goes for everything, I'm tired of getting three armorsmiths in a row. Also, battles can be ridiculously easy or ridiculously hard. You can lose 500 hp to a single wolf or you can lose 3000 hp. I'd rather see the battles being fought blow-by-blow.
The last mission should end as soon as you have shut down all spawning points and killed all enemies. I wasn't even putting much effort into it, and I still had all spawning points shut down by turn 18.
If anyone ever happens to have trouble beating the final boss (Ancient Fear) on any difficulty, just use Last Flake and put her points into Regeneration and Health. With maxed Regeneration you'll be regenerating 30 hp/round, and he won't be able to outdamage that (atleast not without Terror, which he won't be getting any bonuses from since your health will be practically maxed out constantly).
Typo/Missprint: When clicking the top bar (orange, which shows the progress for the time bonus) Pingy says you get a bonus hourly for playing, but when obtaining said bonus, it says it's a half-hour bonus.
We'll get that fixed today :D
