Endless mode is ridiculous now with the new health scaling. I think more enemies at once would have been a better fix to increase the challenge. This way makes me feel like all my level ups and progression was for nothing.
I died with my companion Hank holding the RPG, so I revived outside. I realized I had lost my only friend (as that girl ditched me as soon I asked Hank to join) so in my sadness I decided to reload my previous save. Little did I know that the quit option had a "Save and" in front of it. So now I have a save where I'm missing both my companion and an RPG. I don't feel like playing anymore and am very sad. I say, let the zombies take me.
I killed my shadow thing (the 'Deception' level) by saving a spike then shooting it while I jumped over the pit. The shadow didn't have a spike so while I stayed in midair and shot the shadow fell in and I killed it. =)
Indeed, Aladdin on SNES and Assassin's Screed were great influences.
