So... some of the follower missions are literally impossible because at a certain point the AI gets confused on pathing and goes into a seizure while the enemies just whittle away at their health. That's lovely.
The storyline for this was brilliant. I loved the intro, and while the first couple of scenes were confusing they sort themselves out. And then that ending! Brilliant story work is an amazing compliment to a solid game.
When loading the game it has a fun habit of ignoring that you have it muted. At which point even toggling sound on and back off again doesn't stop the music from playing
Two giant complaints of a different venue than I've seen here. First, the software option for showing less screen effects on machines that have some lag with the higher setting is great in theory- but it's hides shield bloons. So suddenly I have invisible walls that I only know where are because I'd run a level before on the higher setting. The other is that the transform upgrades really shouldn't be random. When you're on level 3 and collect the transformation right as the black bloon wall coming out, and it turns into the bomber monkey- suddenly you're cursing out the 'bonus' and asking yourself if you should get the next one.
.......So this is a game that you literally can't beat without the walkthrough. Was this just to troll people who are too stubborn to cheat on these games?
So, short answer for people who are being stopped purely by the AI's horrendous ability to read. For the 'easy choice', you need to type "I will stay" or "I will leave". No obvious answers, like 'stay', 'leave', 'Use escape pod', 'escape', 'wait', 'die together', etc. Just "I WILL [x]". The non-intuitive requirement without any prompted phrasing suggestion makes a simple, lighthearted game into a massive pain in the ass >.>
Find the wording for two questions that the retarded AI will accept to end the game. Potential? Lots. But not nearly fluid enough to be even remotely enjoyable
A game that expects digital precision from an analog control. An analog control that isn't even SMOOTH analog control, but analog control as seen under strobe lights- choppy analog. It's not a game, it's challenging you to learn their arbitrarily stupid game controls- and die anyway
It would be great to have a 'sort by' feature on the Nexus- they have filters, but they lack the existing sort table they implemented on the deck editing screen for such things as "Sort by rarity"- Which when trying to figure out which uncommons and rares you can grind into random rares would be INCREDIBLY useful, and is unable to be accomplished with the filters and search bar that are all the nexus has to offer for sorting.
Haha I get that comment a lot. Tho I have not seen the anime, I'm glad people enjoy the resemblance and rp the way you do.
