1. Greenland (Only country I found that connects to Madagascar)
2. Buy sneezing early on (sell what you get unless you have it)
3. Do not have any transmissions period if you start with it restart (Rodent, Insect etc.)
4. Buy your Resistance level 1 for all. (Heat, Moisture, Cold, Drug)
5. Once one other country gets infected sell sneezing. (Your virus will infect quickly)
6. Buy all drug resistance levels
7. Wait until all countries are infected and pop in to tier 2/3 of your virus Buy kidney Failure, Ataxia, and basically anything else you wish as long as you get those first two
8. Do not ever buy transmission (Rodent, Insect, etc.) or tier 4 of virus.
