It seems like this game is trying a bit too hard to be like portal, while almost denying it. Changing a few names and objects (Cube to box, cake to candy, Female announcer to Male) doesn't do enough to keep this far enough from portal. The gameplay itself is fine and most of the puzzles are reasonably difficult, but honestly It feels too much like portal. A good example of the test chamber setting is Exit Path. Check it out :D
Great game. Really shows how much potential sponsors can warp great games to have... odd plots. The constant "we should add zombies" and constant bad plot additions really show that you went into this game with a message in mind. I only needed the walkthrough once, and I got it done in one sitting. Great job guys!
Perfect game. Rewards skill over upgrades, yet upgrades are nice. Purple bullet upgrade makes a nice "final stretch" moment where you destroy the beginning bosses easily, yet the final boss is still difficult. I wasn't counting, but for some reason I knew the last boss was the final one. I want you to make more games for me please :D
Great little game. I got bored on my victory lap (starting the round with 992 stars), but maybe that was because I was excited for the ending. Nice little time waster, and for 72 hours it is pretty good. 4/5
Nothing I can object to here. The graphics are not the best, but gameplay wise, sound wise, and quality wise, this was great. I loved how if you dug far enough into the boss you could get harder hits.
It is really hard to be competitive in this game with the high cash shop imbalance. Leveling is dead slow from the get go, you are usually paired with players well higher than you, and if you don't pay, you only get 40% of the game's content, even if you reach the level cap.
Another thing, I found myself taking 200+ seconds on a boss simply because I couldn't hit him. The boss was always in the air atleast 2 times higher than my jump. The bosses do learn. They learn how to camp.
