I was able to buy 1 "wealth" over the cap when i refreshed the game
rince and repeat.
Later on bolts upgrade it useless, it should go up by more than one on the higher lvls, or atleast overkill dmg should be transfferred to the next. so if you have like 5 bolts and your dmg is = to the planets hp you should destroy 5 planets per click.
