The achievement is for finishing the secret project, not for finding the COre.
the upgrade is great, there is a massive difference in GPU-1 and GPU-3(you can see it in GPU-2), and the high-speed if it is at level 3 it sends 10-20 energies per second, but only few at level 1, and the RAM is good too (although i use it only as another source of energy), the only thing missing (might seriosly unbalance the game) is double production rate.
Great game 5/5 from me.

if you can play a game with arrow keys for direction independent from mouse position, with mouse targeting and firing+space button or something like that for specials, then that is why you can't beat it.
try dead metal it uses the same or almost the same engine as bubble tanks 2.
This game is simple and easy, it depends on who is your enemy, last night i stayed up to 1 o'clock in the morning, but i got a good shining shield, i got a bit bored(wasn't shure if there is a bigger tank), so i got in a bubble, stayed at the middle while several low hp big tanks shoot at me
my shield came of slowly, but once it was gone i quickly became what i began with.
then i continued to play gaining more bubbles(with a basic tank), and i got to the same tank(not with it's good shield like bubble but still i raised it).
the game is easy, you just need to be in the area with strong enemy tanks (small are hard to hit)
I am with a laptop and the game is great(for the original game), but i am stuck on the bubble tank with a small and a large cannon, with a nice glowing shield like bubble around the tank.
when fighting in level 18 use only flying units like forest guardian, red dragon and angel knight
it takes more than a half an hour to beat him, but at least your castle will be 24500/25000

i think i found the problem with atacking, the ships follow the formation almost all the time, you need to make the ships follow the formation only when moving not when atacking or make the farmation a lot smaller.
