I love this game. I played it day 1, but progress was too slow to stay motivated, so I put it off a while. Once you start getting places in the game, the progress is A LOT FASTER (still slower than most, but it is a huuuuge difference). I still wish the color scheme was a little less dull (for cheap displays with low brightness), and that there were a "specialists/hour" gauge as well as individual income/second gauges (as opposed to a graph).
Man, I made it to level 126, and I think that's it for me. I'm stuck and have no hopes of upgrading to get past it. My shadow attk is less than 1/2,000th of 127's shield and it would probably take a couple hours for my next meditation, which probably won't give anything. oh well. it was fun while it lasted
I like it a lot. The progress is pretty slow and UI is hard on the eyes (though I am playing on a cheap laptop with a pretty awful display). I wish the bars in the graph toggled to show active dps of each thing, the upgrade buttons showed how much of a dps increase upgrading would bring, and that the planetary re-assignment page told you how far away the next specialist one. I know this is a lot of complaining, but I love the look and feel of the game. That said, Kong and Flash being on their deathbeds probably means this game has no future... Any plans to move it to steam?
Thanks for the feedback! No worries, Infinite Cosmos will be launching on other platforms, including Steam, in the future. We want to see our game thrive despite what is currently happening with Kongregate.
The game has changed substantially. Possible you forgot, or clicked on it and never fulfilled a play? Otherwise, no idea! I don't run Kongregate =p -Ray
It's unfortunate that the rebuild system doesn't have the much needed DarkMatter upgrade. And that all of the prestige upgrades are for individual workers and soldiers instead of overall multipliers.
It feels like I have way too much gold for everything except for DM upgrades. I don't have enough DM to really do anything. My army growth is pretty slow right now because of that. The army page should show the current stats of each of your units (combined, not single units). Besides those things and a desire for cleaner progression, I like it! Don't get too discouraged by the low ratings, as you get better at this, your future games will have better ratings early on
I agree with feierfrosch. The "automatically spend money on the first option that becomes available" prestige option would make a huge difference. I'm up to vakman and the amount of upgrades i'm doing is intense.
You can't scroll, so you can only upgrade the first 2 (the third upgrade is visible, but I can't interact with it). Only being able to upgrade Click strength and dps+1 kinda sucks. I hope you update because I am desperate for clicker/idle games right now.
Everything was going great. With every passing stage, the achievement progress crept up ever so slightly. Until I hit 97 kills. At that point, progression towards 100 halted to a stop, which is why I shall never earn the badge of this day.
Nice to see that someone is still making games. The past few weeks have been dry, only giving us a couple idle/incremental games. It would be nice to have a tp/second gauge so you could see what differences upgrades actually make. Also, "current score" under news resets every time the page is refreshed or closed. Does that mean you have to set your highest score in one go, without closing the page?
First attempt, I didn't get BotD, but I did get the second achievement. Second attempt (after 30 or so minutes), I no longer had the second achievement. I guess I'll just try to get tomorrows badge.
21, click GREEN in a row, for all four orientations. GREEN the way it should be, then G,R,E,E,N rotated 90 degrees clockwise, then 180 degrees, then 270 degrees. Start with G and end in N, but only click letters of the same orientation. So simple, but too complex for me XD
