I suggest you put a escape button which will count as death but without the gold deduction and when they enter that dungeon again, they will land on the place in which you escaped. :)
hm.... how about a quest system that indicate whether its "easy" "medium" or "hard" so that "easy" quest will give lower exp, while "hard" quests gives larger amounts of exp?
