Superb game! Two things: wish there was more than 1 path to play the game and wish obtaining the special characters a bit more native/logical. Beat through the first season, but I couldn't get a 4th special character :(
Fantastic game! There are some initial *SIMPLE* things missing from this game in terms of instructions (overlooked when you don't know how things work): (1) explain that you need to click on *empty tiles* to create dungeon paths. I opened this game and was astounded that for the first few minutes I had no idea what to do. At that point I almost gave up (2) explain how the green $ arrows work.
I was so excited to play this game, unlocking was fun. Then after 10-15 minutes, extremely repetitive. Totally unfun having to always use a flying character to 'be sure" i unlock the board. And most importantly, combat was utterly pointless. Any close range attack, and you kill anything including bosses too easily.
lol @ doomdevice's troll comment. This game is 100% free. Members get to have more avatar choices and ability to skip maps, and have both sides use more units. Members do not have abilities that make wins easier.
BTW, this is one of the best strategy games on the net.
RacistTeddy: Only Ranked games affect rank. But every other game including coop and against AI affects wins/loses. And no game will count win/lose if the game is to short.
4/5 The game was super interesting in the beggining. This was much better then any general swarm game. The problem is once you get into the game, the same general strategy is used. As fun as it is to watch your units kick azz, it also started to become a bit flat.
