I made it (not that its that fancy). It’s a bunny in a void with pancake on top. Apparently, if you google bunny with pastries on head, you get several of those images.

Response to your FAQ post: I’m not certain why this is happening, as others have reported that after collecting 100% of all items (which is a great accomplishment btw) the drop chance bonus has either been disabled, or they repeatedtly received the “your game was too short” notice by defualt.
