I like the game. Sure it's a bit tough but if you have the best gear that you have unlocked and a full set of health potions, there really is no reason you have to play a level more than a couple of times to beat it. Being able to customize the controls would be nice but the setup as it is really isn't that bad. My only complaint is that the heavy attack needs to be more effective, I feel like without the occasional magic use I'm just mashing the Z button to get my chain up as fast as possible.
Auto-paddle and Fixed-paddle don't do anything to your score, since they don't change the amount of points you get per ball. Your streak also doesn't have any effect on that, but the longer you can make your streak last, the more likely you'll get a higher score since you didn't start losing lives until later. Extra lives are nice but missing one just to get one back is pointless; the only thing even remotely close to being worth losing a life over is the triple score, and even then only when you're getting 2k+ per ball(before the triple score is applied).
JSilvis has a point. At the beginning if your eyes are moving up and down following the 1 or 2 peels on the screen, you're doing it wrong. Focus just on the bottom, primarily on just the next pal that you need to get. If you try to follow each pel's arc then it'll be really difficult once you get to around +1024.
so if I'm right it takes about 8 seconds with 100 happiness for a person to join the kingdom, which means for NormatheNorman's kingdom level to be that high, the game would need to be on for 25 straight days to get enough people without cheating
I don't seem to have any problems with it pausing when I go to a different tab, also you really don't need to worry about running out of space cuz you can build buildings on top of each other.
@phananhtuanq1 Horror is not the most dangerous, Void eater is slightly harder to kill than the Horror and there is still the Queen. Queens are red with two very large claws, each a little bigger than your sword. Slashing at the right time while they lunge is key but the worst part about them is that they spawn larva and if you do manage to kill the queen the larva can easily make another. Last one in the bestiary I won't spoil ;)
My favorite aspect of the game is the ability to add the Fog of War in the custom games. You can't really do that with normal Risk the board game since all the players can see what's on the board in front of them. With careful play and fog of war you can make it so that the enemy never really knows how many troops you can deploy per turn and that alone can win many games.
@weeblez actually I play with the sound off. It lessens the sensory overload, especially when there are more than 10 pels on the screen at once, plus I don't lag when the sound it off
are the shared games working? I tried playing some but none showed up. I even made one in the editor but again there was nothing under Top rated or Latest
well that was tiring...another tower definitely needs to get added because when you get into the mid-late 60's enemies start having waay too much hp (39 million on blues). and a speed up button, because watching a mob of greens trod through a field of slow traps is actually NOT entertaining.

Great game! A pause button would be a nice addition and some more levels. I've already gone and beat levels 1-20 three times now. Adding more colors and getting rid of the power maximum one the levels would be nice as well. 4.5/5 for sure!
