How do you ue equipment like eyedrops? I've tied to drop them on the merc's photo, double clicking, nothing works.

How about an aswer to the question about deleting and restarting? I'd like to start over now that I know more about how the game works.
Deleting an account or resetting a merc so that you can play him/her again from the beginning is at the moment not possible. You can reskill your main merc to redistribute the skill and weapon points.
