no wait, the challenge levels glitch just required a refresh, note to future players: levels can sometimes not show up in menu

This is a great game, and it took me a while to reach the end of the demo, but I do have to ask, how am I supposed to do 150 levels if the demo ends at 81 and the challenge level screen is blank?
