yea have to agree with other commenters...gfx solid, music is great (hints of genesis and puyo puyo tracks), but collision detection and player physics needs some tweaking. lets see more
glad to see the frogger/gta mashup is back. interesting dividing the controls; liked how the original was basically a one handed game. diagonal jumping a plus. maybe for III, some powerups? use xp to buy power ups? what would be cool is switching the music "outrun" style when you enter a new level. can't wait to see where you take it next.
this is one of my favorites here. very satisfying just in the way you drag your viruses from cell to cell. great sound design here. seen this kind of game done before with spaceships and planets but this game is far more entertaining
entertaining, but as far as videogames go this is a very boring game. who cares if you get all of them. the whole game is process of elimination. not very strong. execution, art direction is right on....but what does it matter? there is no game here because there is no gameplay. I would get the same action putting together a jigsaw puzzle
Physics is not as strong as original. some kings take forever to die. too many scenarios where a bunch of debris is on top of a enemy and they dont die. that never happened in the original. nice graphics, but the response on the throw seems slower. new weapons fun, but the level design doesnt seem as inspired.
have been enjoying this game except....game just crapped out in middle of battle, have to restart. seems like it just hung up and cant refresh screen. plz fix I like this game
good setting, although at some points too much dark space. While playing I thought this was going to be a lot deeper than it turned out...all the text on the walls, the characters....there was significant set up for these to actually mean something to the story. In the end, though, these elements were not exploited for the story as I was hoping.... All in all, beautiful execution, but in the end, more of a short story with game elements
agree with McCoy, but some other things here too. timing on end of game, start of game is too fast. throw some millisecs in there. Hard to collect cash....also, hard to aggregate anything when there's only one life! Add some lives, howsabout arcade respawn since we have to face a boss in the second level.
