Try reloading the game- there's a hook built in to resend the achievement on startup. Let me know if that helps.

What is the purpose of the upgrade tree? It just looks really confusing, does it have a purpose?

...is there no new upgrades until one billion?! nothing?
I am still having the same issue as Tychon12, doing 544 units a click, but still at 51,500,000 units with no new upgrades; that is 51.5 million....
