I dunno why, but this game remidns me so much of Ender's Game. Both are absolutely amazing.
But onto the actual review:
I only give 5 star reviews to games that in my mind support flash gaming as being the best platform. Here is why
-No fake strategy with boob lady advertisements
-No P2W
-No microtransactions
-No wait timers
-Fast paced
-Massive warfare, ships shooting at one another
-Balanced
-Can be played for 5 minutes or 5 hours and you would get same experienced
-Offers simple mechanics, in such a fashion as it works
-No multiplayer
-No Esports ****
-Upgrades
-Fair upgrades
-Combat
5/5
THE SECRET TO WINNING LEVELS 15+:
The MegaCannon (MGC) is an upgrade from the Heavy Cannon, in that it is more powerful but only costs 1 Gun Point (GP), this game's premium currency. But it needs a class-4 bubble, so create 2 small bubbles; one in the center, and an 'outer' one in the class-4 ring, which despite the lack of connection allows it to exist. This has the added benefit of allowing most enemy bullets to pass THROUGH your 'ship'. On the center bubble, overlay as many MGC's as your GPs allow. Add a secondary weapon if you like, but remember that it will lower your overall forward firepower. If you keep moving, very little will hit your now-200 hp 'ship', and even the tankiest enemies will go down in about 10 hits, with most 'medium' enemies taking 2-4 hits.
Rate up to keep alive!
Maybe only I noticed, but I don't think the "wagging" tail underneath the wolves has its effect. Again, maybe just me, but I think that those are something...else.
Came in thinking this was a sequel to one of the best series of flash games ever made [Warlords]. Turns out its a flashy boob game with the same p2w and fake-strategy as CoC and its' clones.
THIS IS NOT A STRATEGY GAME. THIS IS AN IDLE GAME WITH P2W BULL.
One word: Micscrewyoutransactions.
Is this what gaming has come to? Pressing buttons. This is not an RTS, it is a waste of time and life. You get nothing out that you put in. ANY game, even CoD, is a better use of your time.
A Skeleton Grunt walks into a local tavern:
*people notice skeleton grunt*
*skeleton grunt sits down for a drink*
Skeleton Grunt: I used to be an adventurer like you, until I took an arrow to the knee, hand and leg thanks to a archer who can't aim.
The Minister is a megalomaniac and a closet pervert. The Mayor is a short-tempered megalomaniac. The Socialite is a terminally ill cigar smoker. And it took a hired detective to figure all this out.
I like that all the enemies allow Questy to go and place all his tools, then either lure them away, run past them or kill them with a weapon they allowed him to get access to.
Ah Shifted, the world where everything is turned upside down, from white to black, and right side up. Sound familiar to another game? Probably is, but still a great concept.
