He should not be able to attack you I think I know where the problem is, as I am working on it at the moment, I will update this soon to the next version.. (1.34)

Kings of Conquest	Aug. 10, 2009 Rating: 0 The AI will not help you unless your attacking someone he hates. The person who does the most damage to the AI will be hated. The AI may help if your trying to stop the game from being won, and or he may team up on you if you are about to win to keep the game going. The AI has a lot of random settings to give more varied play styles from them.

Please be descriptive as possible if you encounter a bug or problem you don't understand. Also remember what settings you play, like high chance, etc, the more info you give me the better.
Kings of Conquest	Aug. 10, 2009 Rating: 0 ErikM - high chance is like rolling the dice in risk. You can lose the battle with less numbers, or you can win with less numbers, it is random. It is suppose to be like war, the biggest force does not always win.

Also they may ally to keep the game going. # of cities is right, get to 4 first you win, if there is a tie, you will need to be > then.
